week-end!
time to sling a guitar over my shoulder and make some noise and play with my microphones and go to the grocery store and sit back and relax and read and take in some Luscious Spring Sunshine!
Tonight, i’m jamming at my friend Matthew’s house here in Macon. However, if it weren’t for that, i would DEFINITELY be at the “Elements Quartet” concert on campus. I so wish i could do both. The quartet got raving reviews in new york and london.
desiree, on the other hand, is pretty busy with her job. she’s working 2 shifts today and i think a couple more on sunday. ouch.
Anyways, i probably did alright on my Diff Eq exam today. And i gave a presentation on Digital Audio Workstations in Music Technology. The presentation was ehhh but preparing for it was probably the funnest assignment i’ve ever done for school.
Bust out the Musician’s Friend magazine and scour the internet for all sorts of audio equipment. Then when somebody calls and asks what i am doing, i can say, with complete honesty and truthfulness, “Homework”. Ha! And then i get sidetracked at Tweak Headz home recording website. whoops. that cost me 45 minutes.
